Dealing with Stress
At the end of Session 10, participants will:
Know how to have less stress
Know how to deal with stress
In this session, participants learn the nature and causes of psychological stress as well as how stress impacts health by leading people to act in unhealthy ways including overeating, reducing their physical activity and by interfering with sleep. Stress management strategies are provided and a progressive muscle relaxation activity is conducted.
