Learning objectives
At the end of Session 9, participants will:

Remember which foods are healthy and which are not healthy

Remember the food groups and how to make a healthy plate

Know ways to save money on healthy food


In this session, participants are reminded of healthy and unhealthy food choices, as well as the tools provided in the program that can be used to assist with healthy eating. In addition, participants learn ways to plan and shop for healthy meals as well as ways to save money. Suggestions are also provided on healthy ways to prepare or cook food.
